Yes. All applicants are required to attend an appointment at the visa centre to submit their dossier and provide fingerprints and photos.

No - our fee covers the professional assistance we provide. The official visa fee must be paid separately to the consulate or visa centre when you attend your appointment. You will pay an extra charge to us to cover the visa centre fee. This will be clearly shown on the invoice.

Yes. If your visa is refused, we can review the refusal letter with you, explain the reasons, and discuss reapplication. We do not charge an extra fee for reapplying if your visa is refused - it's all part of our great all-inclusive fee service.
